Responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate information to customers regarding financial services to increase Prospera Sales.
• Promote all financial services to customers visiting the store.
• Operate a computer and process financial transactions effectively.
• Handle cash originated from financial transactions responsibly.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with the manual of policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory services under custody.
• Keep the supervisor informed of any events requiring intervention.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
• Maintain a good working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in operating computers and conducting financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in direct sales to customers.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
