Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and activities in supporting the Sustainability Reporting quarterly/annual requirements.
• Assist in calculation of annual emissions calculations and audit assurance with Halliburton operational field knowledge.
• Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory changes, trends, and issues relevant to environmental sustainability requirements (GHG emissions, GRI, TCFD, SASB, CSRD, ISSB).
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of Sustainability Reporting activities within the Sustainability Reporting team, including deadline adherence and ongoing process improvements.
• Participate in multi-functional teams and work with subject matter experts (SME) in preparing methodologies for key performance indicators (KPI) for reporting obligations.
• Drive the education, communication, and implementation of the Sustainability Reporting requirements across the company.
• Interpret and apply company policy, controls, and principles as it relates to Sustainability Reporting.
• Demonstrate advanced functionality of common office environment and relevant business applications.

Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in business, engineering or other related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a relevant field.
• MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
