About the position

The Financial Analyst Business Unit Control at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial data for US entities. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to Nestlé's policies and systems. The position supports internal customers with financial reporting needs and requires a proactive approach to financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and book monthly journal entries, including prepaids and accruals.
• Provide accurate, clear, and timely reporting for MOGE & Globe expenses, identifying variances to plan and other potential issues.
• Prepare intercompany invoices on a timely basis and ensure intergroup balances are aligned monthly.
• Respond to inquiries from various functional areas and assist in the preparation of required reports for management.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D teams to execute period end close activities.
• Provide support for purchase order issues by collaborating with Accounts Payable and/or PO creators.
• Assist with projects relating to financial reporting/accounting operations initiatives, such as working capital analysis and balance sheet clean-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-2 years' experience in Accounting/Finance functions.
• SAP system hands-on experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
