About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Fraud & Claims Management Group. The role involves financial research, reporting, and analytics to aid senior leaders in decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for forecasting key metrics, identifying process improvements, and presenting financial data effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting.
  • Conduct forecast analysis of key metrics and provide financial consulting related to business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Research moderate to complex financial data to support management decision-making.
  • Create and communicate activities such as product pricing and portfolio performance.
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics forecasting and data validation.
  • Present recommendations for resolving aspects of forecasting projections and financial reporting.
  • Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand and internal control standards.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FPAC) Professional certification preferred.
