Finance Analyst (Real Estate)

About the position

The Finance Analyst (Real Estate) at NCR VOYIX is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing financial models to assess the profitability of real estate investments. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure informed decision-making and requires a strong analytical background in commercial real estate. The analyst will also assist in due diligence processes and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on local and regional real estate markets to identify trends, property values, and economic factors.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to real estate performance, market conditions, and investment risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess the profitability of real estate investments, including cash flow projections and ROI calculations.
• Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including property inspections and title reviews.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and informed decision-making regarding real estate investments.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate markets.
• Execute other duties and projects assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• 2-3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
