About the position

Atrium is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities across various departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication, track project progress, and assist in the preparation of project documentation. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining project schedules and managing resources effectively. As a Project Coordinator, you will be involved in the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. You will also be responsible for updating project plans, tracking milestones, and reporting on project status to stakeholders. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential as you manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to project management tasks, you will also assist in budget tracking and resource allocation. You will work with finance teams to ensure that project expenditures are monitored and reported accurately.
