The Finance and Budget Analyst role is responsible for a wide range of activities that support the financial analysis and budgeting for the School of Medicine. The analyst will act as a trusted business partner to support the Practice Plan, Grants Undergraduate and Graduate Medical education and research missions of the Medical School. The position is responsible for developing budget allocations, analysis of actual expenditures and preparation and reporting all source budgets to assigned departments. This requires a high level of familiarity with Medical School processes, personnel and university financial procedures, regulations and systems. The Budget contains approximately 100 State, Self-supporting, Grant and Gift accounts that will be assigned throughout the Organization. Revenues through the School and Practice Plan are expected to continue to grow towards $200M and effective managing and tracking are imperative to the success and growth of the School of Medicine.
