Join our dynamic team in the RV and Marine industry as a Finance and Insurance Manager, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating financing and insurance solutions for our customers. This position combines financial expertise with customer service excellence to ensure a seamless purchasing experience tailored to the unique needs of recreational vehicle and marine enthusiasts. You will guide customers through financing options, collaborate with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms, and present various financial products designed to protect our customers and their investments. Additionally, you will assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage for RVs, boats, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements. In this role, you will partner with sales team members to integrate finance and insurance options into sales training, conducting training sessions to educate sales staff on finance products. You will also ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to finance and insurance transactions, maintaining accurate documentation for all transactions. Building rapport with customers to understand their financial needs and providing personalized solutions will be key to your success. You will track key performance metrics and generate regular reports to provide insights to management on the finance and insurance department's performance. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in finance and insurance management within the RV, Marine, automotive, or related industries. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential. You must maintain a valid Notary Public and a valid driver's license with no major infractions. A background check and drug screening will be required. The role demands flexibility, as schedules and business requirements can change without advance notice, and you may need to work overtime or travel out-of-town occasionally.
