The Finance and Insurance Manager at Fort Collins Nissan is responsible for facilitating the financing of vehicle purchases for customers while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves structuring deals for maximum profitability, maintaining proficiency in title laws, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The manager will work collaboratively with the dealership team to create a positive work environment and uphold the dealership's values of quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing for their vehicle purchases.
• Present additional products that enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals and submit them to lenders for approval.
• Make credit decisions and effectively close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts for deal delivery.
• Audit team deals post-sale.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
