The Finance & Assistant Sales Manager position at Lee Auto Group involves overseeing dealership management and financial duties in a busy automotive dealership. The role requires a customer service-oriented individual who can train sales staff, manage customer loan origination, and build relationships with lenders while ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Train Sales Staff
  • Take TO's (Turn Over)
  • Appraise Trades
  • Desk Deals
  • Get deals funded
  • Oversee customer loan origination and approval process
  • Determine the customer's need for financing and payment options
  • Close deals with customers, including presenting aftermarket products at the time of sale
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders
  • Communicate with lenders and customers via email and follow-up calls
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff & BDC agent
  • Help manage aspects within the sales department and inventory lot

Requirements

  • Automotive Dealership Experience Preferred
  • Familiarity with DealerTrack DMS, RouteOne & VInSolutions
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Sales Manager or similar role
  • Front Office Experience with a desire to provide a high level of customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
