About the position

The Finance Business Operations Manager for Infrastructure at Meta is responsible for driving financial data visualizations and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize capacity investment decisions. This role requires a long-term strategic perspective, balancing support for business partners with the sustainability of Meta's resources. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance dashboard functionality and ensure data accuracy, ultimately supporting the company's mission to effectively plan and execute business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create game-changing financial data visualizations to drive efficiencies and server utilization insights in partnership with finance and engineering teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that inform strategic capacity investment decisions and optimize capacity.
• Continuously improve the functionality and user experience of dashboards based on feedback from end-users.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or predictive modeling to inform business/financial strategy.
• BA/BS in a quantitative field (business analytics, data science, computer science, economics, finance, etc.) or equivalent degree/experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using data querying languages (e.g. SQL), and building dashboards.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $159,000 to $225,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.
