About the position

The Finance Business Operations Manager for Infrastructure at Meta is responsible for enabling effective planning, prioritization, and execution within the organization. This role focuses on providing financial insights and data visualizations to drive efficiencies and inform strategic capacity investment decisions. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and enhance user experience in financial dashboards, ultimately supporting the long-term mission and sustainability of Meta.

Responsibilities

• Create game-changing financial data visualizations to drive efficiencies and server utilization insights in partnership with finance, Infra engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that inform strategic capacity investment decisions and optimize capacity.
• Continuously improve the functionality and user experience of the dashboards based on feedback from end-users.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or predictive modeling to inform business/financial strategy.
• BA/BS in a quantitative field (business analytics, data science, computer science, economics, finance, etc.) or equivalent degree/experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using data querying languages (e.g. SQL), and building dashboards.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and project leadership skills, with proven experience building and leading cross-functional teams in developing state-of-the-art data visualization tools that drive business outcomes.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing complex business problems.
• Work experience in infrastructure and/or capacity domain areas.
• Experience partnering with engineering functions.
