About the position

The Finance & Business Operations Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin Archbald is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the site, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and cost goals. This role involves collaboration with various functional leaders and contributes to the strategic direction of the business. The position requires strong financial acumen and the ability to manage organizational change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of financial estimates for Long Range Plan (LRP) and Bid & Proposal activities.
  • Provide financial leadership for monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.
  • Conduct quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR) and partner with programs to ensure accuracy in Estimate at Complete (EAC) reporting.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities, perform critical path analysis, and understand impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs.
  • Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic direction.
