About the position

The position at Lockheed Martin Archbald involves financial management for the Archbald site, focusing on aligning daily operations and strategies with company policies to achieve cost and schedule goals. The role requires collaboration with various functional leaders and participation in the senior leadership team to set strategic directions. The candidate will lead financial estimates, provide financial leadership in program reviews, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of financial estimates for Long Range Plan (LRP) and Bid & Proposal activities.
• Manage monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.
• Conduct quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR).
• Provide financial leadership for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Performance Assessment Reviews (PARs).
• Partner with Program Management to ensure accuracy in developing and reporting Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Evaluate risks and opportunities, perform critical path analysis, and understand impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs.
