About the position

The Finance & Business Operations Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin Archbald is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the site, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and cost goals. This role involves collaboration with various functional leaders and contributes to the strategic direction of the business. The manager will lead financial estimates, provide financial leadership during program reviews, and evaluate risks and opportunities to support program success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of financial estimates for Long Range Plan (LRP) and Bid & Proposal activities.
• Manage monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.
• Conduct quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR).
• Provide financial leadership for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Performance Assessment Reviews (PARs).
• Partner with Program Management to ensure accuracy in developing and reporting Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Evaluate risks and opportunities, perform critical path analysis, and understand impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs.
