About the position

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Finance & Business Operations Senior Manager to provide strategic and tactical finance leadership at the Chelmsford, Massachusetts location. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure financial and performance goals are met, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the business. The selected candidate will lead a multi-functional finance team and oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for various programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical finance leadership to ensure financial and performance goals are met.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership including Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
• Lead a multi-functional finance team in executing financial Long Range Plan (LRP) and Bid & Proposal activities.
• Conduct monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, as well as quarterly Contract/Cost Status Reviews (CSR).
• Provide financial data and leadership for program reviews including Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Performance Assessment Reviews (PARs).
• Evaluate risks and opportunities, perform critical path analysis, and understand impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and manage organizational change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience developing and delivering presentation material to senior management.
• Experience building and/or evaluating business cases.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Direct management and supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
