About the position

The Finance Consulting - Oracle FCCS & ARCS Focused Manager role at Deloitte involves leading and delivering engagements that identify, design, and implement innovative business and technology solutions for large companies. This position requires a strong focus on service excellence, client relationship management, and team development, while working closely with key executives to improve finance operations and support enterprise-wide decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver small engagements or components of larger, more complex engagements.
  • Identify key client business issues and determine client needs using innovative assessment techniques.
  • Evaluate and validate analysis, developing recommendations for clients in the context of the overall engagement.
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, managing the team and day-to-day relationships for exceptional performance.
  • Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members.

Requirements

  • Eight plus years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with at least two completed full life-cycle Oracle FCCS & ARCS projects.
  • Experience with Oracle Products such as Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
  • Proven experience in Project Management (Resource, Scope, Budget) with emphasis on tech implementation solutions.
  • Experience writing Business Rules within an Oracle Cloud EPM Product.
  • Relevant experience implementing one or more EPM Technologies.
  • Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation tools and databases.
  • Understanding of finance business processes, including forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Experience with pre-sales, proposals, and RFP activities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
