Responsibilities

  • Assists with managing all daily financial transactions
  • Responsible for outreach to families concerning tuition collections
  • Actively collects tuition, maintains the data, and prepares all related correspondence
  • Maintain filing system for tuition transactions and all students
  • Updates the tuition spreadsheet daily
  • Prepares all tuition related correspondence
  • Works alongside the Business Manager to ensure all tuition accounts are up to date and accurate
  • Updates the FACTS tuition accounts daily and conducts a monthly review with the Business Manager for accuracy
  • Maintains the School's financial aid program
  • Actively participates in developing strategies for school tuition
  • Schedules appointments and manages large volumes of phone calls
  • Assists with all office related work as needed
  • May be required to work some evenings or weekends

Requirements

  • High School graduate with 2 years of college
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly dependable and organized
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify and complete needed tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle and process confidential and sensitive information
