About the position

The Finance Data Analyst position at ACORD Solutions Group is responsible for developing and implementing financial processes and reporting for the Global Mission Critical Facilities Team. This role involves managing financial activities, analyzing data, and ensuring alignment with regional finance records, while supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement appropriate MCF financial processes and reporting within the Global Mission Critical Facilities program.
  • Manage all MCF financial activities including opex, capex, cost-saving initiatives, and financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data, variances, forecasts, and track financial data for historical and planning purposes.
  • Regular communication with regional Business Managers, MCF Regional Leads, and relevant GRESC stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional real estate finance teams to ensure MCF finances align with wider regional finance records.
  • Coordinate the regional MCF OPEX plans and ensure regular financial management reports are produced.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports as required.
  • Create consistent and transparent MCF global and regional reports in line with GRESC financial guidelines.
  • Maintain and control all MCF financial documents, establishing a record-keeping system.
  • Ensure relevant MCF financial data is available for senior management inquiries.
  • Support the Global operations lead in day-to-day operations tasks.
  • Assist the Global Engineering lead in day-to-day responsibilities and ad hoc projects.
  • Help improve and develop processes, standards, and reports.
  • Support the Operations & GOC Lead in strategy development and implementation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional finance teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate finance principles.
  • Familiarity with global financial guidelines.
