About the position

The Finance Data Analyst at Red Bull plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of financial data for the organization. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Data Manager, this position involves collaborating with local and global finance stakeholders to execute finance project deliverables, manage data migration to new systems, and drive ongoing accuracy through analytics. The analyst will also be responsible for optimizing data processes and championing the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee data integrity and process optimization through analytics.
  • Problem solve and investigate data issues, understanding root questions and developing alternative strategies.
  • Proactively adjust controls to ensure process and data quality.
  • Transform and format data sets for ongoing analysis.
  • Analyze cross-functional data using queries and macros.
  • Make recommendations based on data analysis and insights.
  • Champion the adoption and use of RPA within SSC and broader RBDC business.
  • Ensure the quality of data migration for new system solutions.
  • Ensure pricing information and all master data is accurate and reconciled across affected systems.
  • Participate in functional and cross-functional testing efforts for systems migration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Vital analytical skills and adept at identifying trends and variances.
  • Understanding of financial systems and essential financial processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Self-starter and self-directed with limited oversight required.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP R/3, S/4 Hanna, SAP BEx Web, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion/HFM, PowerQuery, PowerBi is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • RPA experience, preferably with UiPath is a plus.
  • Beverage industry experience is a plus.
