About the position

As a Senior Manager for Financial Data Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating teams to support various business functions within the organization. This position requires you to manage a dedicated team of Business Analysts who are essential in bridging the gap between the needs of our business units and the technical execution of business intelligence projects. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that stakeholder priorities are accurately captured and documented, and that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables. In this role, you will contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for your team in collaboration with senior management. You will work closely with business analysts, strategy managers, and business partners to understand their needs, prioritize tasks, and provide valuable data-centric solutions. Your management of the business intelligence analyst workstream will involve building and maintaining an appropriate reporting pipeline, ensuring that delivery dates are met, and identifying opportunities to streamline similar workstreams to create cohesion and eliminate duplicative efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating self-service capabilities that allow for greater flexibility for end-users. You will need to be proactive in identifying when alternative solutions are necessary and alerting leadership promptly to meet required deadlines.
