About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior leader in the Finance Data Domain Management team to oversee the execution of Finance's deliverables in alignment with the enterprise Data Management Policy and Procedures. This role focuses on managing data as strategic assets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support operational and strategic business needs. The leader will collaborate with executives and various stakeholders to implement policies, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to foster a culture of talent development and high performance in data risk management and governance processes.
• Manage resource allocation to meet commitments aligned with strategic objectives.
• Execute governance controls for Finance data domain's Use Cases and Data Sources, ensuring adherence to Data Management Policy and Procedures.
• Develop control effectiveness metrics for Finance RAUs, Use Cases, and Data Sources.
• Create stakeholder and executive reporting on Use Case and Data Source implementation plans and controls.
• Support audits, exams, and internal reviews of Finance domain processes and controls.
• Implement Data Management Policy use case and risk rating criteria across Finance.
• Establish a user training and support model for Finance Use Case and Data Source artifacts.
• Drive process improvement and automation in Finance domain's use case and data source processes.
• Act as Finance lead for enterprise data management requirements for Use Case and Data Source capabilities.
• Develop risk-mitigating and policy-compliant requirements for use case and data source solutions.
• Align Finance reports, models, and data sources with Finance Agile Products and RAUs.
• Represent the Finance domain in cross-domain meetings regarding Use Cases and Data Sources.
• Develop and execute compliant processes and controls for Finance report and model owners' deliverables.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.
