About the position
The Finance Development Program (FDP) Analyst role at Danone is a 2-year rotational program designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience in various finance functions. Analysts will rotate through three different departments, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, while receiving mentorship and training. This position is integral to supporting Danone's financial growth and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively manage assigned projects and drive value for the organization.
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
- Perform Variance Analyses to assess P&L changes in sales, margin, and expenses.
- Assist with close responsibilities, including performing journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet flux analysis, and detailed account analysis.
- Assist with monthly financial and management reporting packages.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date prior to July 2025.
- Prior internship experience or work experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong and proven leadership potential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
