Finance Development Program Associate (Finance-focused)

About the position

The Finance Development Program (FDP) at Fresenius Kabi is an entry-level opportunity designed for new graduates interested in pursuing a career in finance within the healthcare industry. This program provides broad exposure to various finance disciplines, allowing associates to develop foundational skills and competencies over a 24 to 30-month period through rotations in multiple areas of finance. The FDP is supported by senior management and aims to cultivate well-rounded business professionals who can contribute positively to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations through four to six finance disciplines over a 24 to 30-month period.
• Gain experience in areas such as Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting and Controls, Treasury, Risk Management, Med Tech Plant Operations, Tax, Customer Financial Services (CFS), and Project Management.
• Develop leadership competencies and organizational knowledge while fostering business relationships with peers, mentors, and senior management.
• Potentially complete an international rotation at the company's headquarters in Bad Homburg, Germany, in the second year of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• Must graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2024 - June 2025.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Process and results orientation.
• Established record of achievement and leadership.
• Previous internship experience recommended.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States; the Company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization.
