About the position

The Finance Development Program is a 2-year entry-level development initiative designed to cultivate participants' leadership skills and business acumen. This program offers a unique opportunity for associates to rotate through three distinct areas, each lasting eight months, primarily within the CFO organization. The areas available for rotation include Financial Planning, Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury, Tax, Business Development, and Data Analytics. This structure allows participants to gain comprehensive exposure to various financial functions and develop a well-rounded skill set. Throughout the program, participants will engage in a variety of tasks that are critical to the financial health of the company. They will analyze the financial performance of the company's results, prepare information for investor presentations and annual reports, and assist in the monthly financial closing and reporting processes. Additionally, participants will provide valuable business decision support and conduct financial and operational audits. They will also have the opportunity to present their recommendations to senior leadership, thereby gaining visibility and experience in high-stakes decision-making environments. Requirements

  • Graduating in December 2024 or May 2025
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Management Information Systems or business equivalent major
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs
  • A passion to solve problems in collaboration with others
  • Effective verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
