Finance Director (Advertising and Media): $185K - $195K (Hybrid-2 days In-Office)

About the position

TGG has partnered with a global advertising and media conglomerate seeking to add an experienced Finance Director to their established team. This role will serve as the main POC for all financial matters and provide advisory consultation.

Responsibilities

• Handle all financial responsibilities for the commercial leadership team.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, understanding their insights to create financial reports and analysis.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, confidence, and communication skills while effectively managing financial operations.
• Take ownership of major events in London, New York, and Mexico City.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA is a plus.
• Experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• M&A experience.
• 5-10 yrs of exp in corporate finance.
• 3+ yrs in FP & A.
• Expert Excel user.

Benefits

• $185K - $195K + 15% Bonus (higher bonus based on performance)
