About the position

At Enovis, we sweat the little things. We embrace collaboration with our partners and patients, and we glory in the grind of scientific excellence - with the goal of transforming medical technology as we know it. Because that's how we change the lives of patients for the better. And that's how we create better together. As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Surgical division, you will lead, train, and develop a team of two analysts to drive the day-to-day financial management activities of the Surgical business in line with the company's financial objectives. You will be responsible for full P&L reporting and planning, which includes revenue, COGS, SG&A, and R&D. Additionally, you will support FCF reporting and planning, including CAPEX, AR, AP, and inventory management. Your role will involve leading the monthly forecast, annual plan, and strategic plan, owning the bottoms-up monthly forecast process, and ensuring timely collection and submission of information. You will review and ensure the accuracy of reporting, partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, and provide insights. You will oversee the preparation and review of internal financial reporting data, including daily sales reporting, weekly sales and FCF snapshots, and monthly business G&O reporting. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing profitability analyses of products, customers, business segments, and locations on an ad-hoc basis, supporting decision-making through financial modeling of new product pipelines and acquisitions. In addition to these responsibilities, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the forecast process, including forward-looking trend analysis and establishing leading indicators to drive forecast attainment. You will maintain oversight of standard operating procedures for ongoing finance workstreams that support the business and may assist other members of the finance team in new system implementation efforts, research projects, and evaluations related to transactions, mergers, or acquisitions. Your goal will be to establish sustainable and scalable processes that enhance the financial operations of the Surgical division.
