As a Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in interacting with hundreds of customers, assisting them with financing options and products for the continued care of their vehicle purchases. Your primary goal will be to build customer loyalty through exceptional service and support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing recommendations and assistance to customers in arranging the financing of their purchases. You will present customers with additional product offerings that enhance their vehicle ownership experience, ensuring that sales are structured to produce the highest profitability. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve submitting deals to lenders for approval, making credit decisions, and effectively closing deals. You will also ensure that every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines, and you will accurately audit team deals post-sale to analyze for improvements. Additionally, you will guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts, ensuring a smooth process for both the dealership and the customers. To succeed in this position, you will need to bring an eagerness to improve, a college degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, and a solid understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability, knowledge of title laws and the registration process, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Your expertise in negotiation and presentation skills will be critical in achieving success in this role. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required, as a DMV check will be conducted.

Responsibilities
