The Finance Director will be a key member of the Finance Leadership team, responsible for overseeing the annual budget, financial analysis, and reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization by collaborating with key leaders and assisting in financial planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the annual budget
• Assist with financial analysis reporting
• Prepare for ad hoc reporting
• Work with key leaders on developing and analyzing their budget
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, projections, and cost analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate
