About the position
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) & Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in facilitating vehicle financing and insurance programs for customers. This position involves working closely with financial lenders to secure competitive interest rates and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The F&I Assistant is responsible for maintaining organized records, processing financing deals, and providing excellent customer service while upholding ethical standards within the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Maintain good working relationships with financial lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approval through financial sources and regulatory channels.
- Handle all title work and enter all units into inventory.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the finance department.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of dealership financing.
Requirements

- Background in business, sales, mathematics, marketing, and computer skills.
