Finance & Insurance Manager (MO)

About the position

The Finance and Insurance Manager at Laura Automotive Group is responsible for facilitating vehicle purchases by arranging financing, insurance, and protection products for customers. This role requires preparing all closing documents and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining ethical business practices. Responsibilities

• Establishes lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership
• Generates additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other insurance products
• Responsible for obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions
• Reviews paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc. before forwarding to general office
• Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the general office
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
• Attends managers' meetings
• Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years prior automotive experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
