About the position

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations related to loan processing and insurance services within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring compliance with financial regulations while providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loan processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation.
• Conduct credit analysis to assess the financial viability of clients and recommend appropriate financing options.
• Oversee title processing and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Utilize financial software to track transactions, manage accounts, and generate reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Implement TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations to ensure compliance in all financial dealings.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Perform basic math calculations to assist clients with financing options and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in loan processing and title processing.
• Strong typing skills, including 10 key typing proficiency.
• Excellent upselling abilities with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Solid understanding of basic math principles as they relate to finance.
• Familiarity with financial software applications for managing accounts and transactions.
• Ability to conduct thorough credit analysis to inform lending decisions.
• Knowledge of TILA regulations and commitment to compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
