About the position

Hansel Ford Lincoln is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Hansel team! The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $200,000.00+. The Finance Manager position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $36,000.00 yr. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit. Pay Scale: $36,000 - $210,000.

Responsibilities

• Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• Work well within a team environment
• Ensure the timely flow of Finance Department documentation
• Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals
• Supporting Sales Department goals
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders

Requirements

• Calculate figures and finances
• Experience selling new and used vehicles
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a criminal background screening
• Possess a valid California Driver's License
• Engage customers early in the sale
• Hands-on Experience in Finance at an Auto Dealership
• Strong communication skills
• Broad range of product knowledge
