About the position

The role is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to leadership within the Biologics, Pharma & Consumer Health, and Corporate Segment at Catalent. This full-time position involves analyzing financial data, supporting the monthly consolidation of financial performance, and preparing management presentations. The position aims to help drive key decision-making and actions within the organization, contributing to Catalent's mission of improving health outcomes globally.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and support any ad hoc financial and data analysis on a day-to-day basis
  • Support the assembly and communication of the overall financial story from site level to total business unit level
  • Support the monthly consolidation of the business's financial performance including key variance analysis
  • Maintain visibility and communicate ongoing risks and opportunities impacting financial performance
  • Prepare management presentation material for various meetings including monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and present financial data to business leaders
  • Support the annual Budget process for the business unit
  • Support the annual financial Strategic Plan process projecting business over the next five years
  • Support the financial integration of existing and future M&A into Catalent processes
  • Partner with business leadership to build and analyze business cases for capital investments
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or other relevant field is required
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Entry level position; one or more years of relevant experience preferred.
