About the position

The Finance Managed Services - Lease System Analyst - Manager role at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) involves working closely with senior financial executives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance functions. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• System experience with LeaseAccelerator/EZ lease, CoStar, and Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of IFRS 16 Accounting Standards and US GAAP 842 Accounting Standards.
• Experience with Equipment, Embedded, and Real Estate lease.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated knowledge of lease accounting internal offerings.
• Strong background in consulting, design, and implementation of lease management processes.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests across Operations and BizDev needs.
• Knowledge of end-to-end lease management processes.
