About the position

The Finance Managed Services - Lease System Analyst - Manager role at PwC involves working closely with clients to optimize their finance functions, particularly in lease management and accounting. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in lease systems and strong leadership skills to guide teams in solving complex business issues. The manager will be responsible for coaching team members, analyzing proposals, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance consulting or related field.
• System experience with LeaseAccelerator/EZ lease, CoStar, and Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of IFRS 16 Accounting Standards.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP 842 Accounting Standards.
• Experience with Equipment, Embedded, and Real Estate leases.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated knowledge of lease accounting internal offerings with a strong background in consulting, design, and implementation.
• Understanding of PwC sales cycle and ability to prioritize competing requests across Operations and BizDev needs.
• Knowledge of end-to-end lease management processes related to lease administration and lease accounting.
• Ability to collaborate with PwC System Support, Operational Leads, and Member Firms to understand Client accounting policies.
• Awareness of the latest advancements in lease accounting regulations and their impacts on leasing system setup.
