Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of management experience.
• System experience with LeaseAccelerator/EZ lease, CoStar, and Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of IFRS 16 Accounting Standards.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP 842 Accounting Standards.
• Experience with Equipment, Embedded, and Real Estate leases.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated knowledge of lease accounting internal offerings.
• Strong background in consulting, design, and implementation of lease management systems.
• Understanding of PwC sales cycle and ability to prioritize competing requests.
• Knowledge of end-to-end lease management processes.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams to understand client accounting policies.
