Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of management experience.
• System experience with LeaseAccelerator/EZ lease, CoStar, and Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of IFRS 16 Accounting Standards.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP 842 Accounting Standards.
• Experience with Equipment, Embedded, and Real Estate lease.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated knowledge of lease accounting internal offerings with a strong background in consulting, design, and implementation.
• Understanding of end-to-end lease management processes related to lease administration and lease accounting.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests across Operations and BizDev needs.
• Knowledge of the latest advancements in lease accounting regulations.
