About the position

The Finance Managed Services Manager at Deloitte is responsible for leading a collaborative team to design, implement, and operate finance and accounting managed services for clients. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics and innovative technologies to address complex operational challenges, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering client relationships. The position requires a blend of consulting experience, team management, and business development skills to drive growth and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients during the sales cycle to understand their managed service requirements, including processes, organization, and technology landscape.
• Support proposal efforts, staffing plans, and pricing models.
• Design and architect managed service solutions, transition plans, and ongoing operations policies and procedures.
• Manage engagement quality, risk, timelines, and resources during transition and ongoing operations.
• Identify and implement operational process improvements that drive increased efficiency using leading practices in AI and RPA.
• Manage select client relationships and stakeholders throughout the engagement.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive growth of the practice, including developing eminence, thought leadership, and point-of-view materials.
• Perform the role of mentor and coach to help others achieve their career objectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting and/or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in a Managed Service environment.
• 3+ years of experience as the Delivery Lead of a CFO managed service operation.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Business development experience including sales and RFP response development.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Finance BPO experience.
• Transitioning work to offshore delivery centers.
