About the position

The Finance Manager for the AMXL Middle Mile & 3P Finance team at Amazon Logistics will play a crucial role in optimizing and driving efficiency for Heavy Bulky products within the 3P transportation network. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders across multiple teams to provide insights and support decision-making processes, ultimately enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong business sense.
• Proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions to achieve results.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with multiple peer groups and senior management.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA in Finance/General Management.
• 3+ years' relevant experience partnering with retail sales, operations, engineering, and/or science teams as a finance partner.
• Demonstrated experience managing mechanisms to achieve effective results in an ambiguous environment.
