About the position

Our client, an automotive dealership located in the Burlington, MA area, is looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This position is a full-time opportunity requiring 45-50 hours of work per week, including both weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive finance sector and must be a team player who can collaborate effectively with the dealership's experienced sales team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in offering car financing options to clients, explaining extended service contracts, dealership service procedures, and aftermarket products. In this role, the Finance Manager will be responsible for processing leasing and financing deals while securing approvals through various channels. They will also create a referral program in collaboration with the sales department, ensuring a seamless connection between finance and sales operations. A thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws related to the automotive industry is essential, as is the ability to train and motivate the sales team regarding the available leasing and financing programs. Additionally, the Finance Manager will provide ongoing support to the sales team and work towards increasing profits for the dealership. This position offers uncapped potential with on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year expected to be in the range of $150,000 to $250,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company matching. Responsibilities

Requirements
