About the position

The Manufactured Housing Finance Manager at Champion Homes Centers is responsible for overseeing financing operations, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in helping customers achieve homeownership by managing the finance department and pre-qualifying online leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the manufactured housing finance department, including application submittal, gathering and submitting required documents, and closing loans.
• Develop and implement financing programs tailored to the needs of manufactured housing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote financing solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on finance operations and performance metrics.
• Pre-qualify all incoming online leads and monitor Social Media interactions to set appointments for the sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management or sales management, specifically in the manufactured housing industry.
• Strong understanding of financing options and regulations specific to manufactured housing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
