Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

About the position

The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A at Coastal Ridge Real Estate is responsible for financial and operational reporting, preparing the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. This role focuses on uncovering meaningful insights and collaborating with senior leaders to support the company's financial health and future success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of the company's annual budget and monthly reforecasts.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making for key business initiatives and strategies.
• Develop and prepare regular financial reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address business opportunities and challenges, providing data-driven insights.
• Partner with various departments to gather inputs for financial planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reports and systems, consistently improving financial processes.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted and forecasted results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles preferably in real estate or related industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and data visualization using Excel, SQL, etc.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards or reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
