About the position

As a Finance Manager at Bish's RV, you will play a crucial role in the Dealership Success Center, working closely with dealership teams to ensure that customers receive the best products tailored to their individual needs. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teams in determining the terms of customer purchases, which encompasses pricing, financing, and payment options. You will be responsible for securing financing for customers by utilizing a variety of systems and information, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Building and maintaining positive relationships with local banks, credit unions, and other key vendors will be essential to your success in this role. In addition to financing, you will assist teams with the presentation, explanation, and selling of aftermarket products and warranty packages. A thorough understanding of applicable federal and state regulations is necessary to navigate the complexities of the finance and insurance (F&I) landscape. You will select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize delivery processes. Tracking, monitoring, and moving F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations will be part of your daily tasks. To drive sales, you will develop unique strategies through events, community activities, and local marketing campaigns. Planning and managing budgets will require you to initiate and assess cost control techniques, while maintaining in-stock levels through precise inventory management. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback will be vital to ensure high service levels are maintained, and staying informed about market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory will help you remain competitive in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience and a proven track record as a Sales and Finance Manager within the RV industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods, and consumer behavior.
  • Enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Strong leadership qualities that exemplify a no-pressure, high integrity sales approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
