About the position

The Finance Manager will oversee the accounting department with a focus on accounts receivable billing and collections. This role involves general accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements and maintaining the general ledger. Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the billing team to maintain accounts receivable collections
  • Oversees day-to-day bookkeeping/accounting
  • Maintain employee payroll
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Maintain general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage the implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Establish internal controls
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 8 years of experience in accounting/project construction
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
