This role is pivotal in leading the growth into a complex but fast-growing space, requiring a finance professional who is both strategic and operationally-minded. The ideal candidate will excel in ambiguous situations, balancing attention to detail with a broader perspective, and will take ownership of some of the organization's most visible mechanisms and artifacts, such as weekly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, and 3-year vision plans.
