About the position

Starbucks International Finance is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the FP&A team, supporting the annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial strategic plans for the International segment. This role involves consolidating financial results, translating complex data into compelling narratives for executive leadership, and driving stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be an influential leader with a passion for continuous improvement and process transformation, capable of managing cross-functional collaborations and leading a team focused on financial success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team supporting International's annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Consolidate International financial results and create cohesive narratives for leadership.
• Translate complex data into compelling presentations for executive leadership.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by telling a cohesive business story that supports International's strategy.
• Own and maintain robust reporting packages that gauge the financial health of the International business.
• Improve accuracy and efficiency of financial forecasting and reporting processes through standardization and advanced analytics.
• Partner with finance teams in International markets to drive global FP&A best practices.
• Lead and coach the International FP&A team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a quantitative field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning.
• 3 to 5 years prior management or supervision experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience in data analytics, with advanced skills in Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Experience with Hyperion, Tableau, Oracle, Anaplan, and other BI tools.

• Strong presentation skills for financial analysis and recommendations.
