The Finance Manager, M&A at Providence is responsible for leading financial due diligence for various transactions across the health system, including mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for transactions across the health system, including acquisitions and mergers.
• Administer independent financial reviews of high visibility M&A and capital projects for system leadership.
• Provide expert advice on complex financial modeling issues and accounting impacts.
• Deliver detailed summaries of financial analysis of major projects to senior executives.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and lead coordination with various departments.
• Accountable for post-transaction support, including integration of processes and monitoring the value proposition of each transaction.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Responsible for budgeting and long-range planning.
• Summarize results of analysis into an Executive Summary as required.
• Analyze complex accounting transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and audits.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Application
