About the position

The position involves leading the Retail Finance team at Apple, focusing on the global staffing strategy for over 500 retail locations across more than 20 countries. The role is critical in enhancing customer experience and managing an operational expenditure exceeding $4 billion. The leader will collaborate with various functional teams and field leadership to influence decisions and implement effective staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of financial professionals to efficiently staff Apple's Retail Stores while enhancing employee and customer experience.
• Devise annual and quarterly staffing plans in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
• Encourage debate and collaboration within the team to navigate complex staffing challenges.
• Advise senior leaders on staffing levels and performance improvement strategies.
• Establish relationships with People, Recruitment, Store Operations, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and other teams to execute initiatives and enhance performance.
• Help craft and deploy technology solutions to streamline payroll expense management.
• Identify and drive cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate on strategic projects as part of larger cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance or related field, with management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
