About the position
As a Finance Manager at CBRE, you will lead a team focused on Finance Strategy and Operations, overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. This role is crucial for maintaining financial policies and controls within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee their training and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
- Review balance sheet account analysis and standard consolidated reporting packs for accuracy.
- Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
- Coordinate the development of accounting policies and procedures.
- Communicate critical information and performance expectations effectively.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, and performance management.
- Strong leadership skills to empower team effectiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.
- Experience in Project Management financial planning.
